Grey’s Anatomy Finale Prediction…

From the promo I’ve seen, Arizona and Lexie are trapped. I have a feeling Mark will have to choose which one of them to try and get out, and he’ll choose Lexie (Arizona will probably tell him to help Lexie first).

Then I will be sadsadsad because Arizona dies, but happyhappyhappy that Lexie lives :(

I know it’s going to be Arizona :( This makes me sad.
